There are a lot of ""custom patch printing"" places on Etsy - I'm sure you could message and haggle someone into a bulk-custom-order

Maybe local stores do that

(like if you don't find anything more ideal)

I guess all the custom patch sites are dummy expensive, guess I'll try etsy and I looked local and all the places have like 1 star reviews
