I just found out theres an american football team in my city, wich is great, so I thought about starting to practice some

Im more familiar with baseball
All I did was pole vault and wrestle
Cant recall if there's a baseball team here anymore. There was one, but kid shit
I highly recommend wrestling for fitness and building a grappling base for combat sports
I do a lot of grappling
Problem is height and weight
And if you really wanna put on some weight do some more lifting and eat alot
Short stout guys have a good wrestling build
I'm tall so my legs can get got easily so sprawling was a way of life for me
Low center of gravity my dude
But it also means you're easier to yeet...just sayin
