Tbh, i think if i had a business and you work a desk where you have to be constantly talking to and dealing with people. I'd pick individuals who looked nice and were obligated to dress nice too in order to bring in more people. Little more lax a little on the attire but still maintain a format for how you should dress. With every 3rd friday being a Casual friday so no one can complain.
Well, that would be a crime in California already.
