I can lose 10k over the course of 3 months

I can easily just double my hours, take on more contracts

I suppose staying quiet in a theater is also nonchalant.

ill prolly drive some taxi on the side of my studies

I chose to only earn 10k a year.

ill make 10k GBP in like uhm, half a year

Work there while I'm not doing my diploma

Why not rent it out

It's peaceful.

No subletting.

i dont own too much but i rent a place

So u don’t own it then?

yee, renty

I keep my IT business in it for now.

it's not bad.

by that definition i own this apartment too

lol

Yeah exactly

I use it to shoot too sometimes.

do you have employees?

Nah.

Just me.

Is that even legal

Yeah it’s legal

I thought you could only do it on private property in the uk

renting a place doesn't exactly make it private

Hippity hoppity

Oh right u redcoats

Don’t have any freedoms

It's an airgun
