and my appetite vanished

I'm not anorexic but I just won't eat because I'm not hungry and then I'll realize I haven't eaten in 20 hours
i went from 240 to 180 and my ass fell off.

if you are going to be lifting weights you cant just stop eating
to work out you need energy
and to do more work than your body is used to you need more energy
If you start lifting you need to eat more
and likely consume more protein
