Paganism is a huge fucking joke

2019-08-11 20:35:02 UTC

@Crazed Shotgun I don't need to repent to your fake God

2019-08-11 20:35:04 UTC

<:groyper:515728068275601419>

2019-08-11 20:35:14 UTC

Ive been fine without him

2019-08-11 20:37:07 UTC

We should bring back the Cult of Reason

2019-08-11 20:37:54 UTC

What are you, an athiest?

2019-08-11 20:37:57 UTC

yep

2019-08-11 20:38:15 UTC

Explain the order of the universe then

2019-08-11 20:38:21 UTC

what do you mean by order?

2019-08-11 20:39:55 UTC

I guess the real question would be, "How much improbability would it take to prove the existence of something outside our understanding manipulating the possibility of our existence?"

2019-08-11 20:40:21 UTC

I don't see what is so improbable about the universe

2019-08-11 20:41:35 UTC

Think of your lineage, how likely is it that you were born, out of the billions of sperm and egg cell combinations possible, to exist?

2019-08-11 20:41:48 UTC

highly unlikely

2019-08-11 20:41:52 UTC

Add that to the likelyhood of your parents being born as well

2019-08-11 20:41:53 UTC

just like every other possibility

2019-08-11 20:42:05 UTC

but someone has to win the lottery

2019-08-11 20:43:31 UTC

Then add the likelyhood of our earth being in the precise location inside our sun's Goldilocks zone

2019-08-11 20:44:18 UTC

the observable universe 46.5 billion lightyears in diameter. It contains trillions upon trillions of stars, many of which have multiple planets

2019-08-11 20:44:49 UTC

The further and further out you pull, the likelihood we would exist to not only observe our universe, but to have intillegence to comprehend it, is not only improbable, but nigh impossible.

2019-08-11 20:44:51 UTC

its extremely likely that at least one of those planets would have the conditions for life

2019-08-11 20:44:52 UTC

Atheism is cringe

2019-08-11 20:45:06 UTC

I got to go to work soon, so ill leave you with this

2019-08-11 20:45:07 UTC

"muh science!!!!1"

2019-08-11 20:45:17 UTC

that's just life, not intillegent life.

2019-08-11 20:45:18 UTC

Even if you are right, you still have not proved that a God is behind it all

2019-08-11 20:45:26 UTC

that is your job

2019-08-11 20:45:39 UTC

Science isn't proof of the universe either

2019-08-11 20:45:39 UTC

alright work time

2019-08-11 20:45:40 UTC

so

2019-08-11 20:45:42 UTC

byebye

2019-08-11 20:45:47 UTC

It is merely another explanation

2019-08-11 20:46:08 UTC

@Deleted User ill give you a lesson in big bang cosmology and quantum gravity later

2019-08-11 20:46:14 UTC

Science is just a toolset for understanding the universe from our perspective. nothing else.

2019-08-11 20:47:09 UTC

Ever thought about the possibility that the big bang was caused by god? <:smug:591181720565579807>

2019-08-11 20:47:14 UTC

The scientific method works pretty well for finding explanations about how our world works, but it is no absolute truth.

2019-08-11 20:48:32 UTC

if you only use your worldly mind, you will only learn worldly answers. you must use your other minds of the soul

2019-08-11 20:50:10 UTC

Also, science is limited by our perspective, which is relative. Think about a centimeter, to a human observer it is a fairly short distance, but to a microbe it is vast.

2019-08-11 20:51:10 UTC

are you christian?

2019-08-11 20:51:16 UTC

Yes

2019-08-11 20:51:34 UTC

I see. Im Buddhist, but I know some Christian beliefs.

2019-08-11 20:51:58 UTC

Very nice
