Day-light saving time promotes more outdoor activities and encourages people to not go to bed as early as normally, it would also mean more people shopping after work, increasing retail sales, and more people driving, increasing gas and snacks sales which would boost the economy
the efficiency gained outweighs the slight effort to turn a knob on the back of a clock.
it's funny because there's people out there and I will just name this bunch as a example, that complained about time because ultimately planning your schedules around these times takes you a lot of time
