There's nothing wrong with a high sex drive, and there is nothing wrong with having sex to your heart's content. It is promiscuity and publicly permissive sexual attitudes that are problematic. Children should learn from their parents about the birds and the bees when they're curious or upon nearing/hitting puberty. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
