Disband political parties altogether. Have individuals with individual ideas and beliefs backed by organizations.

Remove term limits they are retarded, remove money from politics, have a ballot system where you vote for your favourite candidates in order

Also eliminate parties in general

Candidates adhere to no party

Outlaw all other parties, make the militant wing of the party and the armed forces synonymous, term limit of ten years per head of state unless a vote of extension is cast

Removes the problem of partisanship

if you allow for violence then there wont be multiple parties for long, the most radical and violent will rule
