I don't have a personal problem with slavery. The issue is typically a conflation between chattel slavery, voluntary slavery, and penal slavery, and their various applications. Chattel slavery where the slave has no rights or say in ever having become a slave is pretty much universally immoral. I think voluntary slavery made sense back in the day. Whether it be by indentured servitude, being an in-home servant to a Lord, or what have you. Or military service nowadays. Penal slavery has pretty much always been a thing. Still happening now. People don't seem to mind it that much.

Also that military idea, i agree with that I however think 6 months could be enough however 2 years + continued education wouldnt be a bad way to go

for example incorporating the service to say your choice of study or apprenticeship

so its not wasted time and strenghtens the mind as well

You were your master's slave in the hopes of learning the job and becoming a tradesman yourself in the long-term payoff.

I mean depends, the apprentice wasnt exactly a slave however his qualifications were dependant on the masters will to pass him

as often that reflected on the master, if he was teaching at all

meanwhile he got fed, had citizens rights, etc. You could say they were perpetual students stuck in a system that prevented them from ever graduating regardless of skill

@Deleted User I think that Monarchies can vary in success. A limited monarchy would be the best form, one where the monarch still has significant power but a constitution and a parliament of sorts exists.

They fell after WW1 where nationalism and imperialism basically started the war, and people began to see that of everyone whips out their dicks and the measuring tapes, bad shit happens

I mean nationalism resisted the imperialism of other countries, WW2 again happened because of imperialism and nationalism again resisted. The issue it seems of those two wars is nationalism lost both times before the war got started
