I'd say that even if someone who isn't of the native ethnicity can offer things, they shouldn't be a citizen.

Because ethnicity is something that cannot be gained or lost, a person's ethnicity is set in stone and as such I think it's a far more powerful unifying force than even culture or something else.

I don’t think traditions are particularly important, what’s actually more valuable is the ability of a society to be productive. Like Germans for example, they’re a very developed nation (mostly thanks to the hardworking native Germans and people of other ethnicities there that put in work). Of course no country should let happen whatever’s happening in Germany right now when it comes to leftist ideas

Well if you're concerned about productiveness, would you not say that back in the day society was more productive? We certainly had a lot more men and a lot less soyboys

Men in society worked more, but there’s a distinction between effort and results. What I’m saying is that in the past, most people worked labor like jobs. Such jobs exist nowadays, but I think immigrants are the ones who should do them.
