again, you're assuming national unity to something along the lines of hooking people up to wires and puppeting them

2019-10-30 02:06:25 UTC

forgiveness won't fix anything

2019-10-30 02:06:34 UTC

you make it sound like a "work together" thing it sounds almost utopic ot me

2019-10-30 02:06:43 UTC

@Tom Index Recently, a record store in seattle found an old uncashed royalty check for Nirvana's Nevermind. The check was for $26.57. I liked it. It reminded me of lovecraft a bit. Just the way the characters reality flowed was reminiscent of hp dreamcycle stuff. It also dips in and out of reality, phasing out through the fourth wall, then back in again.

2019-10-30 02:06:54 UTC

reminded me of psychosis thoughts a bit.

2019-10-30 02:07:06 UTC

utopias are a lie, and i recognize this, yet that should not stop people from improving on society to keep it as successful as possible

2019-10-30 02:07:18 UTC

don't forget people still function through instincts as their base, so try to create a model around that

2019-10-30 02:07:34 UTC

those instincts being?

2019-10-30 02:07:42 UTC

why not get people to overcome their base so you can make something more interesting to meet that?

2019-10-30 02:07:46 UTC

@Lucipher Tom is not part of the same reality as most people

2019-10-30 02:07:47 UTC

it won't I know that, its more of why bother with things that are no longer in your control?

2019-10-30 02:08:34 UTC

@jmack I got that from the way he talks and the stuff he says.

2019-10-30 02:08:34 UTC

I rather adpet to deal with all the world trying to change and change will happen on my own.

2019-10-30 02:08:38 UTC

you can have all the order you want, but the moment a single person feels threatened by something they will have a violent or impulsive response

2019-10-30 02:08:41 UTC

that's what i mean

2019-10-30 02:08:52 UTC

amongst other things related to non- critical thinking

2019-10-30 02:09:00 UTC

we're animals

2019-10-30 02:09:03 UTC

an illogical reaction is easily defeatable

2019-10-30 02:09:12 UTC

we can remove our animal instincts, we are far more advanced than them

2019-10-30 02:09:24 UTC

irrationality can be dealt with other means

2019-10-30 02:09:29 UTC

a logical congregation built around an illogical reaction isn't

2019-10-30 02:09:30 UTC

most people don't like critical thinking because it makes their reality go fuzzy and turn to sand.

2019-10-30 02:09:36 UTC

they don't like the sand.

Turn my reality to sand, please and thanks

2019-10-30 02:10:13 UTC

treating humanity as automata is what causes government to stagnate- government no longer has any meaning nor any goal

2019-10-30 02:10:18 UTC

Well I have given up and just making the best out of a really fuck up situation.

2019-10-30 02:10:23 UTC

it's founded solely as an appeal to masses

2019-10-30 02:10:40 UTC

i said people wouldn't care cause they aren't part of the gov

2019-10-30 02:10:45 UTC

Deitie smart

2019-10-30 02:10:48 UTC

@The_Hashy_Brown first you have to slice every concept and idea into a standalone bit or file. a grain.

2019-10-30 02:10:56 UTC

done

2019-10-30 02:10:58 UTC

honestly love having these talks as they are so much better then REEEEES and memeing ^^

2019-10-30 02:11:00 UTC

it's related to the numbers too

2019-10-30 02:11:11 UTC

a gov can care good enough

2019-10-30 02:11:18 UTC

government activity on the local scale won't make people feel as if they mean something? @Bolsapryca

2019-10-30 02:11:18 UTC

if it has hundreds of millions of people

2019-10-30 02:11:34 UTC

my country is relatively small, i don't see an issue with large masses

2019-10-30 02:12:04 UTC

@vodkk shouldn't people be responsible for making themselves feel like they mean something, or deriving the meaning themselves from their own experiences?

2019-10-30 02:12:13 UTC

on the local scale sure, but you're creating a macro community now, those local branches would end up wanting to separate from the main branch

2019-10-30 02:12:21 UTC

@Lucipher individual contributions to the whole do just that
