I was programming an arduino, and forgot to check what the volts was set to on the power supply

dafuq arduino works with 5volts

didnt you use the arduino usb cabel?

yes i did

that cabel only put out 5 volt

The cabel itself was plugged into the computer whilst it was alsp plugged into a power supply unit which was powering a servo motor that was being controlled by it

what boarad did you use im only familiar with the uno and theres only one power sup

was building a robot arm that was using servo and dc motors
