Yea automatic writing (at least how I know it) is a form of channeling which is indeed a type of occult meditation

Gang

2019-11-15 18:53:06 UTC

Video games is meditation

2019-11-15 18:53:06 UTC

I have meditated at least once

2019-11-15 18:53:26 UTC

The full meditation technique I want to share uses a 2-phase breathing technique combined with an auditory technique and, eventually, a mental technique

2019-11-15 18:53:47 UTC

Woah..I'm in slow motion

2019-11-15 18:53:50 UTC

@Kru§ol do you draw a distinctiom between day dreaming an visualization some nigger was trying to pull that one me

2019-11-15 18:53:50 UTC

They all fold into each other but are usually best practiced in the beginning separately

2019-11-15 18:54:03 UTC

theres definitely a distinction

2019-11-15 18:54:52 UTC

you can meditate with spirits too 👀

2019-11-15 18:54:57 UTC

meditation has intent behind it and thats what your honing/sharpening when you meditate. your mindfulness, your intention, and your concentration

2019-11-15 18:55:06 UTC

day dreaming is just ur head running amok

2019-11-15 18:55:07 UTC

2019-11-15 18:55:41 UTC

@sky daddy I always thought visualization was or could be the act of being active in a day dream

2019-11-15 18:55:46 UTC

@Cursed the way I learned of visualization is that it's like imagining something in such detail that you can see it in your minds eye but not necessarily as an intangible representation of a tangible thing. Like you won't see it as much as feel it with your sight. Biologically it's just the excitement of the visual cortex in combination with other specific parts depending on what you're visualizing

2019-11-15 18:56:00 UTC

I'm also really retarded

2019-11-15 18:56:40 UTC

I use music a lot to daydream and or visualize

2019-11-15 18:56:51 UTC

When I listen to music even if I don't like it

2019-11-15 18:56:58 UTC

Mental images come forward

2019-11-15 18:57:12 UTC

So I try to work with that

2019-11-15 18:57:12 UTC

Visualizing is like saying you're drawing, while day dreaming is like saying you're doodling

2019-11-15 18:57:18 UTC

True

2019-11-15 18:57:22 UTC

@sky daddy that shit's amazing

2019-11-15 18:57:38 UTC

Day dreaming is usually a form of visualization but visualization is not always day dreaming

2019-11-15 18:57:57 UTC

I feel warm and euphoric

2019-11-15 18:58:05 UTC

I'm in slow motion

2019-11-15 18:58:46 UTC

Yeah the line blurs for me because sometimes I'm directing the visualizations sometimes I'm not or sometimes in-between

2019-11-15 18:59:41 UTC

@Crippled Cupid im diggin thru coastal mexican for inspo rn :3

2019-11-15 18:59:53 UTC

8d say you can kinda break it up between day dreaming and fantasizing

2019-11-15 18:59:54 UTC

@Kru§ol a good way I found to practice visualization while being a wagelet is to keep a continuous mental image or story going in your mind whole functioning in your daily tasks

2019-11-15 18:59:56 UTC

I feel so good

2019-11-15 18:59:59 UTC

@sky daddy is that what you're cooking today?

2019-11-15 18:59:59 UTC

Wow

2019-11-15 19:00:13 UTC

Fantasizing is where you control, day dreaming is more like the aimless mental doodling

2019-11-15 19:00:20 UTC

No wonder Shane pop pills

2019-11-15 19:00:23 UTC
