Planes are more akin to parallel universes where existence has different frequencies

Dimensions are different ways of understanding space-time ie: 3rd dimension being the space, 4th being time, 5th being non-linear space-time, and 6th being all possibilities of the 5th

The astral/etheric/emotional/buddhic/mental/etc. planes commonly referred to in spirituality have not and never will be the same concepts as dimensions
