Although i think everyones free to give their own opinions, in some scenarios its better to keep quiet. You dont get anything for being edgy and insulting somebody, especially when that someone is really young, it makes you look like an asshole if you literally are picking on a 13 year old who just wanted to share their piece of art in hopes others would like it. Fandom art or not, every one is free to draw and like whatever they want.
Moral of the story is the good one: if you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all.
