We need a map of the location we will be at. If this is just a standard rally where we will be in one place, we can easily set a perimeter.

Beyond that, we need to figure out parking details.

If need be, we can organize a shuttle system for people that park far away.

Also, we will need detailed and planned routes from where we park, to wherever we are going that EVERYONE follows.

Our group was huge, and we adopted a group of two to take to their vehicle.

We need to get this set in stone far enough in advance that we can all remember it, at least the group leaders. If something happens where we get compromised, we can have enough time to chnage plans without having to panic.
