I've thought about it, but the idea of it sounded weird
it helped me a bit
i got some pretty bad anxiety and anger management issues
helps me organise my thoughts
and fix things i dont like
usually I just spend time in the shower thinking about what I could do to better myself
usually I just spend time in the shower cleaning myself

if you write down all your thoughts and you can physically see what your mind wanders into thinking about through out the day, cross out negative thoughts etc. you might find some underlying problems that you can fix and shit, this is just what i did for my anger management but i hope you can find something to help too

It's a good idea to write things down. To break them into small steps, and then being able to cross over them once you're achieved the goals. Not only does it help you to think and remember, but it can motivate you once you see the process you've made
