Basically there's this native American tribe

Forgot the name, it's Standing Rock something or another

The Sioux.

But basically there's this pipeline being built in North Dakota

If I'm remembering correctly.

They claim that it's being built on their land when the map shows otherwise

However

There's like a bigass police presence and they're fucking violent

Shooting down drones, attacking protestors with dogs, shit like that

And it just seems like both sides are at war for the wrong reasons

Also worth noting, the protestors are not just the members of the tribe

We're talking progressives and SJWs

Afaik those are the only people aside from Mark Ruffalo that are involved
