One of my mom's friends worked as an architect for Trump Tower. They finished building with beautiful matching marble. Then he wanted to make it bigger, they said they would need marble from a different vain and it wouldn't match. He said fine go with it. And in the end it costed $400,000 he only payed them $300,000 cause the marble didn't match.
