After witnessing two pairs of friends raise their children, I'm positive that the tough love approach is best.

Our society as a whole is extremely anti-intellectual. Learning in general is frowned upon. Even schools don't even teach. which is their damn job. Instead they're more interested in grooming you to be an obedient worker rather than an intelligent critical thinker.

Not always treating your kids fair *sounds* strange but kids need to learn that life isn't fair.

2016-11-14 16:14:14 UTC

i will never have kids thankfully

2016-11-14 16:14:19 UTC

only pets lol

2016-11-14 16:14:26 UTC

Is a STEM school, a good school?

2016-11-14 16:14:37 UTC

Most of the time yes

2016-11-14 16:14:51 UTC

but if i did have kids id treat them like people show them good movies i used to love a lot of disney shit

2016-11-14 16:14:53 UTC

pokemon

2016-11-14 16:14:58 UTC

STEM is relatively resistant to the social justice taint since the field tends to attract a bunch of autists.

2016-11-14 16:15:00 UTC

i wouldnt make them if they didnt want to

2016-11-14 16:15:20 UTC

If there's one thing that can save the world it's autism.

2016-11-14 16:15:23 UTC

No seriously.

2016-11-14 16:15:47 UTC

Because of the degree I want to get, would be good if I went to a STEM school.

2016-11-14 16:15:53 UTC

id see what there interest are but honestly id probably adopt a child

2016-11-14 16:16:08 UTC

Oh also

2016-11-14 16:16:18 UTC

Make your kids watch old cartoons like Donald Duck and Tom & Jerry

2016-11-14 16:16:25 UTC

Because they don't make those kinds of shows anymore.

2016-11-14 16:16:28 UTC

2016-11-14 16:16:33 UTC

2016-11-14 16:17:09 UTC

No one could ever get away with making a show like Tom & Jerry in 2016

2016-11-14 16:17:17 UTC

right/

2016-11-14 16:17:28 UTC

theyd call animal abuse but there just cartoons

2016-11-14 16:17:30 UTC

<_<

2016-11-14 16:17:40 UTC

STEM should be renamed STEAM, to include Arts

2016-11-14 16:17:55 UTC

Arts is kind of... Not very science-y.

2016-11-14 16:18:08 UTC

i mean id be reasonible if jerry was like dissecting tom doing fucked up shit id understand those kinda complaints

2016-11-14 16:18:10 UTC

It's not animal abuse. The animals are more or less people that look like animals.

2016-11-14 16:18:19 UTC

My stupid friend got my mac.

2016-11-14 16:18:35 UTC

anthro's basically

2016-11-14 16:18:40 UTC

No the whole beauty of Tom & Jerry is that Tom is often the more sympathetic one.

2016-11-14 16:18:50 UTC

Tom usually just does what comes naturally whereas Jerry is the sociopath.

2016-11-14 16:18:53 UTC

2016-11-14 16:19:11 UTC
