In programming, = is an assignment operator, in layman's terms, it's read as "becomes".

If a=10, and b=20, then a=b is simply impossib- Goddammit Manock

a=10 is replaced by a=b ?

a = 10 is read as "a becomes 10"

So if "a becomes b" and b equals 20, then a would equal 20.
