I mean the Turco-Mongols (Altaics being among those) isn't the only prominent minority group within the Russian Federation
There are the Caucasians as i mentioned And by Caucasians i mean people native to the Caucasus (Georgians, Chechens, Ingush, Avar, Circassians, Abkhaz, etc)
Apart from those two i can't think of any other groups that constitute large populations within the RF

though on one hand, USSR went and forced the turks (actual turks not ottomans) to be russian

in the us, the mexicans and nigs on a large scale cling to their culture despite the mexicans abandoning its homeland

i did hear about an incident where an Uzbek babysitter ended up beheading the kid she was sitting and shown the head to people in the streets

Chechens cause a lot of crime in the big cities (Moscow for example)

Russian Ethnonationalists tend to be stomped out by Putin, forcing many to flee the country

Plus any ethnic-separatism (Chechens again as an example) tend to also get stomped out by the current regime
