& it was awful! I had a family member pass away due to brain cancer a while back , and another mentor was asking how I was doing (my grandma had brain surgery) & I started crying, he came over and just smirked the whole time and was a total jerk. And then when I took over as programmer he kept calling my code snipets ineffective
