The pronounced pitter-patter of the rainfall on my windows was traumatizing me.
You see, I had been in the war long ago, and now there's just something inside of me that tells me I should be back where I once was.
I should be storming Omaha Beach with my best friend I've ever had in the Army, his name was Ryan.
Ryan was a young boy, not a day older than 19 when he was drafted.
Ryan was like a brother to me, we did everything together.
Tinker bell murdered him

Ryan was hit in the shoulder as we ran and the poor sone of a bitch dropped like a sack of potatoes.
I pulled him to a small amount of cover that we had.
I covered his wounds with my hands and told him that he was going to make it out of there.
This was not the case, Ryan bled out in my arms.
ill find chu homie
Aight boo
The anger consumed me, I screamed at the top of my lungs while I rushed the man who had killed my best friend.
I slaughtered that filthy scum with my bayonet as if he was an animal.
Ever since that day, I've adopted a horrible case of PTSD.

When I'm sitting back in my rocker, the screaches it makes remind me of my brothers screaming in agony as they were gunned down.
The rain knocking on my windows set me off, I grabbed my rifle just the way I would have 50 years ago.
I directed my barrel towards the window and yelled for the rain to halt.

I couldn't take it anymore, the constant noise!
That was when I turned the rifle on myself...
