i tried 3 and couldn't do it. even with a friend (which is the only way i could manage it) it was very annoying having random people constantly joining your game just to kill you

but yeah, the difficulty kinda makes the game. Underneath the difficulty, the gameplay and story seemed kinda lacking to me.

i really can not agree in saying that difficulty is the basis of the game

the gameplay is amazing

the story is also really hard to figure out but it's super deep

there's a whole community based around the lore

i remember when i started, i sucked at the game

i went full on meta

but as you play and experiment, you'll become one of those invaders

i know i did

i enjoy invading low level people and i think i ruin the game but i don't give a shit
