I just bought myself a recording rig and a MIDI drumming program so I can make full mixes of songs I write

I have a very specific taste as to what my instruments sound like: Punchy drums, heavy bass and a cutting yet slicing guitar mix, but I fiddle around with so many sbgenres it's not funny

I listen to a lot of progressive metal, and classical from the impressionist era
