woah
You should see the streets by the lake. People have to use canoes and boats to get around
oh california?
hii
Ayy
Yup @Dick Kickem
100k cubic feet per second of water for over 24 hours will do that
sorry oroville et al
sux
Nugget.
I guess it's better than having to be evacuated for having no water
Because that nearly happened
its still supposed to rain more where i live
Good luck
at least it isnt 23 feet of snow
my uncle is in norcal
and they got that much in the mountains
so i hear
meanwhile my college had a day off over 1.5 feet
i swear people in california are like "yeah we need rain i really want rain." then it rains and they say, "oh fucking god i hate rain i dont want it"
(and some ice storms, so i mean, no commuters)
We're babies like that. We think anything below 70 degrees is freezing
california^
I once slept in 38 below
which in utah is 2 degrees above the legal limit for sleeping outside, that being negative 40
fun fact
Yes I was in a sleeping bag under a tarp
theres a legal limit for sleeping outside? the more you know...
for temperature yeah
im homeless i try to sleep and cops just keep arresting me idk why
for like, camping groups as a company
I should've clarified
I'm sure there are cases where the temp rule does not apply
anyway it snowed about a foot on my tarp
nasty time indeed
The coldest it's ever gotten here was 28 degrees and that was like eight years ago. Very unusual for northern Cali. I remember distinctly that one of the water fountains at the school blew a pipe because of the pressure from the frozen water inside
oof bad luck
its gone below 28 here as well but only a couple of times
that is why our home in new hampshire is set to warm to 55 when the outside temp drops below 32 and the inside temp below 65
