While we're on the subject of computers and that..... anyone else have problems, when dealing with removing a large number of files and folders, say like if you're uninstalling a mod, where your computer will not register some of those files and folders as deleted and lock out your access to them? Not always as failing to register it as deleted, but as it really still being there but with your account barred from doing anything with it. Preventing you from reinstalling that mod or any mod that uses the same folders.
What's the graphics card?
emma i have the same problem sometimes
I have tried programs that let you reclaim access to files and folders and that works some of the time. But usually the only solution is to enter safe mode and manually delete the locked out folders and files.
Could just be a corrupted file during the delte process
delete
That sucks
Never had this issue in Windows 7. If a file failed to register as deleted and you seemed to be locked out, it'd always clear up on a restart, and even then it was exceptionally rare.
that's because Windows 7 was good
Now in Windows 10, it's far more likely and it usually does not go away with a restart.
Windows 10 is not
