There are also great benefits of having ADHD, you just need to realise them and learn to cope with negatives

Honestly I feel like mental disorders grow and shrink in tandem with population sizes. Also medicine and therapy mixed is the best solution, because a therapist can give you an outside view of how the drug is affecting you and if it needs to be changed
