I worked at a catering company as a front end staff, now I'm a fry cook but I do prep shifts at several restaurants

like do you want to be in the server admin business? then you gotta take a bunch of networking and programming classes to understand frameworks and backends for running these things

might get a position as a sous chef at my buddy's new place this summer

you can actually easily land into these jobs without a degree tooo

that would be a huge step up for me

because they care about the certifications more than the schooling
