My cousin got married to a guy that was about to be deployed so they rushed the wedding to get it done before he left. And now they're divorced. I'm about seven years older than her.

From what I hear, it's a very bad idea to do something like rush a wedding before being deployed. And it's better to just wait because you're not going to come back the same person

A lot of us weren't entirely comfortable at the wedding. We all thought they were making a mistake by not waiting until after he got back.

I don't know if that was what happened. Maybe he just was a completely different person when he got back. Not as nice or something.
