Nintendo has constantly done the same thing with the stylus they used on all their handhelds.
ngl i dont like using the stylist i just use my dumb ass thumbs lol
Those were made of harder plastic than what's used on the Switch, but they still wore out fast.
But stylus is considerably easier, and cheaper, to replace than a joy con or the whole system.
The Switch's screen is also made out of a very weak and easily damaged plastic.
do old remotes still work on the switch
Instead of glass like all their other systems.
or only the new stupid remote?
0:
like the game cube controllers
Sounds like the new stupid remote or the new pro controller only.
holy fuck great nao i gotta throw all my gamecube remotes and wii motes out the window
rip
The pro controller this time actually looks like their best controller layout ever.
However, like the rest of the system, it was extremely cheaply made.
The analog sticks wear out very quickly, becoming loose, like the one on the N64 did. And they tend to get stuck.
I'd suggest waiting for third party pro controllers and using one of them.
Honeslty the whole console comes off as a half-assed, poorly made bootleg system from China.
Rather than something official from Nintendo
i rlly liked the game cubes design and the controllers were easy to use and never rlly broke unless my dog ate them,
i mean compared to the wii u which falls over and often gets kicked due to its rectangular shape, the g cube could be kicked and be fine literally i had my wii u in my living room and everyone always bumped into it
the new system looks good appearance wise just doesnt seem like its all cracked up to be
I don't understand the undying love of the GameCube's controllers.
the fact u can hold it and it wont feel weird
and isn bulky
The layout was good, but the form factor was terrible.
It was way too small for my hands. And I was 11 when I got one.
It also holds your wrists too close together.
Have to noticed how all controllers have a bowed shape now? A curve to them?
Yeah.... that's why
Designs like on the GameCube controller ***ABSOLUTELY*** would damage your wrists with prolonged use.
And Nintend didn't seem to get that lesson until recently.
idk i guess my hands are tiny
That's why so many Wii, DS, and 3DS games nagged you about taking breaks.
;-;
Because Nintendo knew its designs were bad for your wrists but they didn't do anything to fix it beyond warning you, vaguely, that playing too long was bad for your health.
o shit i played that shit my whole school life'
everyday before and after schoo;
And your wrists suffered from them.
more then 136hrs of gameplay
