dont take shit from the computer onto a flashdrive tho
cuz ive seen viruses that transmit to flashdrives lol
just write down the serial numbers on something else or on a nother computer
and download them when you have a fresh disk
cuz antivirus/malware programs don't always work
esp. if you've got a really nasty virus on your pc that was programmed by a sadist
also, if you specifically program viruses and malware you need to be gutterstomped
They do better if they run without the OS running. Then most of the sneaky stuff can't trick them.
no exceptions
At least it isn't a Trojan Horse.
Avast has the option to do a boot scan right in the program. It can pick up a lot of stuff that normally uses the OS to hide from scanners.
Sometimes, you need an entirely new PC for that.
idk man
trojans can be waay worse than anything but they can also be pathetic
its either the worst shit you can ever experience in your life or its the most worthless shit in existence
I managed to clear a rootkit from my system with a boot scan.
i dont download shit so i never have any viruses
im a straight edge nibba on the pc
A rootkit that was causing the same problem that started this conversation. I'm not even sure how it got onto my system because I'm not an idiot.
also because my build costs a shit ton of money and im not risking that to play games or pirate music/movies
So sick of this shit, i just wanna play a fucking game
Use Malware Bytes to see if it fixes your problem.
Between Malware Bytes, and Avast's bootime scan option, I promise your problem will be fixed.
Malware Bytes should fix it. If it doesn't, Avast's boot scan will.
I hate how ads even exist, especially the obviously malware ones.
I know their purpose.
But they're so easy to impersonate.
Just remember what I said. Avast's boot scan is very powerful and will fix any problem but it's a complete scan and will take many hours so set it to run while you're sleeping.
avast is gay
get a trial for malwarebytes
I know. That's why I said to try that first.
o i didnt see lmao
But Avast is the best program to do a boot scan with. Malware Bytes can't do that.
there was this thing i used
Holy shit
mwb is getting better with rootkits ap.
this program that removes adware real good
i cant remember what it's called
but i think it had a beetle on the icon
No rootkit scan is practical unless done with a boot scan. Rookits use the OS to hide so they can't be found while the OS is running.
