In a way, it's like telling a kid to eat their vegetables, so they can grow up healthy. Sure, the cookies might taste better, but ultimately the brocolli will provide better nutrition and the kid will be healthier in the long run. With cookies, it's the opposite. Sure, they taste good but you'll grow fat and be unhealthy in the long run.
