are "actual shootings" only qualified by what passes through security?
Given how shootings are more common now than they've ever been, I don't believe that.
how do you not lol
turn on the news
people are caught with guns daily
locally, everywhere
them being more common doesn't mean security is ineffective
People bring guns for stupid reasons all the time, we don't know they were going to do a shooting unless you can get a confession or similar evidence.
Because the average teacher will be more effectve at policing and have much more interest in protecting the kids than the average security guard
it would be even more common without security
uh
Just catching people with a gun doesn't prove you stopped a shooting.
and that happens all the time
people are caught with plans?
confessions
etc
it's happened at my school twice last year
security caught i
t
you never hear about the prevented attacks
uh students
so you think it never happens
lol
kids talk shit all the time
yeah and these were kids with criminal records
I should know, I used to be one
we're blowing off legitimate threats?
because leee childhood
Kids wich criminal records? What school do you even go to?
Security cameras are okay in the halls. A controlled checkin locations is fine. Security guards are fine as long as they are trained and they have the right mentality. They are there to protect the students, not treat them as prisoners that need to be controlled.
are you autistic
And why the fuck do they have access to firearms in the first place?
tons of fucking juveniles have criminal records
and that's irrelevant
what matters is they had them
hey lets stick a finger up a kids ass because "he looks like a school shooter"
agreed
security needs to be better trained and advised
in a majority of schools
I'm just saying it needs to be kept reasonable. And the treatment as students as criminals that have to be controlled needs to stop.
