I did it mostly with paper and pencil with a scientific calculator to help me.

@Deleted User with any subject if you practice it enough you'll get better. art for instance requires that you practice human animal and building forms until you remember them at heart, so with math you'd just have to continue putting yourself through constant pain and turmoil and you'll get better !! : D

I was with my groupmates and was trying to teach them about WW2. When I was asking them about the date when WW2 ended, my history teacher appeared behind our backs and said, ‘Fine, give me your transcript, because next to these cretins you looks like a genius’. He scribbled a grade and told me to fuck off.
Later groupmates told me what followed.
‘Jeez, Sol, you're lucky as hell. He was asking us retarded questions no one knows answer to. He asked us which American president liked blacks. I was like “what the fuck” and said it was Obama.’

It wasn't pain and turmoil for me. I absolutely loved doing math problems. It was like crack for me.

Finally solving I was working on was like a super high.
