What they're doing isn't pranking them, they're emotionally abusing them
The two most victimized kids at least have somewhere safe to go, with the biological mother. That's way better than circling foster homes until they're 18

That's awful... I went through that in my mom's last marriage, and I can't imagine they're doing well. There is almost sure to be physical abuse too.
