As someone who tries to game competitively, this idea is retarded. This is the beginnings of censorship in a gaming community, especially CSGO. While I agree, "toxic behavior" is a problem in most games, it's pretty subjective. Trash talk helps people blow off steam while you're playing under stressful conditions, and they know that you don't actually mean it 90% of the time. Overall, Bully Hunters is a dumb fucking idea, and I would get targeted first for my Pepe with a MAGA hat profile picture.
