Spicy curries

2018-04-25 23:17:16 UTC

Okay whatever

2018-04-25 23:18:09 UTC

@fate It is normally but I think that is a stereotype given that I spoke with a few actual Mexicans themselves and they might have said that it is really not that widespread.

2018-04-25 23:18:33 UTC

dude i just typed you didnt need to @ me

2018-04-25 23:18:37 UTC

It seems widespread because of the hated _Chicanos_.

2018-04-25 23:20:45 UTC

Sorry.

2018-04-25 23:35:26 UTC

Fuck all y'all I love spicy food. I just don't eat it often because I have a bad digestive tract.

2018-04-25 23:36:05 UTC

sometimes spicy food is worth the bad side effects

2018-04-25 23:36:36 UTC

i'll put hot sauce on my hot cheetos idgaf what my doctor says.

2018-04-25 23:36:56 UTC

how have u not died

2018-04-25 23:37:06 UTC

Because moderation is a thing

2018-04-25 23:37:30 UTC

I ask the same question about myself

2018-04-25 23:37:37 UTC

MODERATION

2018-04-25 23:37:58 UTC

So long as you don't eat spicy food every day, you won't end up with gastritis.

2018-04-25 23:38:47 UTC

I have had classmates who eat hot cheetos with hot sauce every day when I was in elementary school.. they suffered from gastritis. I didn't because I didn't eat it every day

2018-04-25 23:39:12 UTC

i only got gastritis once

2018-04-25 23:39:15 UTC

bad shrimp

2018-04-25 23:39:37 UTC

Don’t have loads loads of citrus fruit either, that can give diarrhoea

2018-04-25 23:41:16 UTC

I didn't get diarrhea after I went all day eating nothing but grapefruit while watching an all day marathon of The Iron Giant on cartoon network one time. A family friend gave us a shit ton of grapefruit and we needed to get rid of it.

2018-04-25 23:41:45 UTC

How old of you?

2018-04-25 23:41:48 UTC

24

2018-04-25 23:42:17 UTC

I swear that event happened in 2002.

2018-04-25 23:43:06 UTC

I'm still wondering how I cheated death because in 2012 I found out it was a natural blood thinner

2018-04-25 23:43:56 UTC

There is something some researchers have proposed known as the Hispanic Paradox.

2018-04-25 23:44:15 UTC

By the way, in case anyone is wondering why I said 2002, I'm 22.

2018-04-25 23:44:31 UTC

im 19 but ill be 20 soon enough

2018-04-25 23:44:58 UTC

Meaning, I'm an archaic remnant.

2018-04-25 23:45:27 UTC

I found this out because I was researching why some meds require you not to eat grapefruit or drink the juice

2018-04-25 23:45:55 UTC

Like a lot of citrus fruit, like lots of pure orange juice, lemon and limes, ones with high Citrus concentration. It fucks up your stomach acids PH strength giving you diarrhoea is just one of the side effects

2018-04-25 23:46:04 UTC

BTW I’m 21

2018-04-25 23:46:59 UTC

I don't eat or drink a lot of citrus because the enamel on my teeth is already gone.

2018-04-25 23:46:59 UTC

Then how do way neutralize the stomach acids naturally? I thought I would feel better by eating plenty of oranges as well as grapes.

2018-04-25 23:47:29 UTC

My teeth are sensitive af and It feels uncomfortable when i eat citrus

2018-04-25 23:47:33 UTC

It’s only when have a stupid amount a day

2018-04-25 23:48:15 UTC

This is due to how my mental health seems to be influenced by my diet of little amounts of fruits and vegetables.

2018-04-25 23:48:44 UTC

I downed a large bottle of orange juice once, I regretted it the day after

2018-04-25 23:49:17 UTC

It left a sickly feeling my throat, like I was going to vomit but not

2018-04-25 23:50:15 UTC

Odd, I drank a small bottle of orange juice and it didn't effect me at all. Just do not drink too much pop in one day or you will get carbon dioxide build up in the maw and diarrhea.

2018-04-25 23:50:51 UTC

Maybe balance yourself with Greek yogurt?

2018-04-25 23:51:53 UTC

Icelandic or Greek yogurt, or a glass of full fat milk
