I didn't say neglected children shoot up schools
No shit dick tracy I said that.
you said it as the response to what I was saying so yeah
It's an example
When your parents don't correct some of the negative behaviour patterns that you've inherited, you go onto face many problems once you're an adult but it's not nearly as severe as school shooting
I'm not refuting that, I'm refuting your point saying parents are specifically needed to "perfect" kids which is not true. There are plenty of children who had no influence from their parents and turn out fine.
And on the contrary, parents can have a terrible influence on their kids
I didn't mean the literal version of "perfect" I just meant it's our responsiblity to teach them how to be better people
hang on
I'm not saying parents speifically have to do that
but isn't that their responsiblity?
can't we acknowledge that?
would you retards
shut the fuck up
@dani(el) sure thing m8
Only because you asked
thanks
so this is how it goes down here
Discourse arises and we have to shut the fuck up?
and I konw I sound annoying
and you guys are sick of my guts
but that's true
You may know that the oedipian phase is very important for a child's psychological construction, as a matter of fact, actually, a child failing this development phase can lead to very dysfunctionnal sexual behaviour, like an heavy attraction towards rape, or violence/hatred towards the other "gender"
hello
The growth of a child into adulthood is definitely a 50 50 process in my opinion
So i'm awarre of what you said @Addie BOUH
The two parts in the process that builds a personnality are 1- the education, 2- the socialisation.
enriched environment anyone
You receive informations from authority figures, and from other people, and that makes YOU the person that you are
indeed
but are you trying to say there is no room for nature in that equation?
That's nature
the things that are around you count as nurture?
what is within you
is considered nature?
Human behaviour is a sequence of hormones
doesnt this apply to kids
Addie, are you saying that you believe people aren't born in some inherent way?
And yes, nature is the everything that composes you and everything around you
