So i shut down my pc and it worked. but then i loaded my pc up again and tried to shut it down for a second time and it didnt shut down

i did turn my pc off before i turned it on earlier so i didnt need to unplug it

like off by the wall

So when i turn it off by wall it wants to shut down. but when i dont it doesnt want to shut down.

I think all toilets shood be squat toilets
