I custom code bots, and can make one that only accepts music commands from certain channels
aka a music bot channel
So like the regulars chat or somthing
Well it'd be in a place where anybody can access it
Because it'd only be able to take commands from that channel
Currently if you dont have regular, you can't access the music-bot channel
so that's why I've just been doing it in tunes
But ye
Could also add some extra functionality that rep might want like commands/background functions for security, gamesafe cahnnels, etc. etc.
Though stuff you can do for security on Discord is limited because Discord doesnt let admins see IP addresses 😦

Why would you want them to see IP addresses?
Then you could listen on IP addresses, and ban/kick anybody that joins using a specific IP block. Meaning anybody that joins on a VPN wouldbe banned
And Discord bans off of IP

And bandwidth definitely isnt free
Most server providers just shut you off once you hit that amount, or charge you for extra
Which people arent willing to do with fees like that if its just for people random
Not even people who are the self-entitled "Blackhat hackers" or w/e would really just do it to a bunch of random people
