Once i get hired ill work there while i work on welding then move to a different shop that will pay more i could also go to the union if i wanted to

And on top of that i can do ceramics which actually has a immediate wage of 40$ keep in mind i will have to pay taxes and all those skillsets are at very high demand

But for ceramics i know a teacher at a community college and not even after two years there the people are immediately hired at a separate place and make 40$ an hour

Also if you are within the union you get like a 6$ raise every 3 years or so but that makes no significance because of taxes

thankfully i have some in my career field
