first half would be people from the us, and then later would be when they're going to sleep and then people from halfway across the world woke up lol

I just sit and stare at the wall, usually

I work out in the early morning hours when I'm up instead of later, usually

ehhhHHH i need to start working out more again

havent had much time lately

Get up early, work out, run in the evening (or vice versa, mood changes)

Flawless technique

i cant work out in the morning

i tried, for awhile actually, but im too sick in the morning

i always throw up

I just started again in fairness, spent a couple of weeks barely eating so exercise was tough to do

for me its just a hard thing to get back into

but once you get in a rhythm its like "oh, this isnt bad"

I enjoy it, personally

Takes up a portion of the time I'd normally spend pacing around in circles and thinking
