i ordered a head piece recently and they failed to mention that it didnt come with a charger yet only works with that certain type of charger made for it

amazon delivery has always been great in the UK... ouch o_o i take it the charger was shown in the pic?

if it was you could try claiming some of the moneys back

not even in the pic i took the description and the "great" reviews word for it it seemed promising i felt lied to and no one mentioned in the reviews that it didnt come with the charger.

what the sellers do is really bad, they steal the images from other websites and remake the clothes with cheaper materials its misleading af. and yeah... nothing ever fits right ;_;

idk how refunds work on amazon but with ebay you can open a claim for the money back if things dont arrive

the package for it was even open i was so upset

amazon some sellers let you request to return it on a certtain day
