At this point what respect means seems to be distorted.

It seems to depend on person to person.

i 1st started seeing it that way when i was learning about the mafia . respect seemed to be a big thing to them yet they respectyed no one around them. with quote respect needs to be earned i saw a flaw in that logic.

It's important to act kind and polite and to be considerate of other people while showing basic human decency. When I say respect, I mean admiring somebody for their achievements or who they are.

It’s my post about America and how I’m fed up with them. I mentioned how Americans get pissed when you criticize their country and you can guess what the reception was.

American here, I love my country, my history, and what we stand for, but I'm willing to recognize we fall behind in some areas and suffer from very divisive politcs.

I think it's important to recognize your country's flaws in order to fix them.
