Shia Muslims are much more strict than Sunni muslims regarding the Quaran and Shira law, because Shia Muslims make up a much larger percentage, almost an exact 50% split to be exact among the 2 billion Muslims, and 60% of those supporting Shiria law, that leaves you with still 600 million people roughly supporting radical courses like Shiria law.
