When there are tornado warnings though (My house has never been hit by one) it gets windy as hell, when I tried to open the screen door it was hard to open.

We've has quite a few nights where we sat in the dark on our phones/tablets until they ran out of battery.

Hmm I would say it gets bad in july? The further into summer it gets a bit more frequent.

Not too very often. Most of the times, there's warnings out for places close to me.

Everything is quiet in the winter.

Even though most of the times it rains on christmas...

we rarely get snow

There is a bit of a threat during hurricane season (august/september) not too bad just LOTS and TONS of rain. Then it all just simmers down.

This year I got tons of rain from hurricane irma

we barely get rain, even in winter

I like living in a rainy place though. I mean I know I wouldn't really enjoy dry places.
