I pretty much feel sick everyday

2018-01-23 06:51:19 UTC

I just personally can't make the decision to take meds, knowing that over time their effectiveness will become less and less, and the dose higher and higher.

2018-01-23 06:52:06 UTC

smoke weed drink booze

2018-01-23 06:52:19 UTC

cant go wrong

2018-01-23 06:52:22 UTC

been around since dawn of humanity

2018-01-23 06:52:24 UTC

I do smoke weed but I'm not drinking anything any time soon

2018-01-23 06:52:27 UTC

And then dealing with an addiction to medication years later. Do you really want to be on meds for the rest of your life? The goal is to get better, right? How can you get better if you're addicted to a chemical your own brain creates, and you could train it to create with albeit, more effort. But better long-term effects.

Shrooms are nice in small doses.

2018-01-23 06:53:00 UTC

LSD great too

2018-01-23 06:53:07 UTC

Weed keeps giving me bad clausterphobia, I don't think I can do it anymore.

2018-01-23 06:53:08 UTC

DMT my shit

2018-01-23 06:53:14 UTC

I don't give a shit if I die in 20 years of it means I can just fucking be able to not feel like shit all the time @Farunel

2018-01-23 06:53:33 UTC

its all in ur head

2018-01-23 06:53:41 UTC

What is

2018-01-23 06:53:53 UTC

Eh, I used to be the same. I forced myself to change. No it's not easy. Not even a little. Do I have to fight it everyday? Yep. Would I take the easy way out and take meds? Never.

2018-01-23 06:54:02 UTC

change your thinking change yo life

2018-01-23 06:54:31 UTC

Hiking has helped me out a lot, honestly. Trails that no one else uses.

2018-01-23 06:54:32 UTC

u feel me?

2018-01-23 06:54:35 UTC

The easy way out is killing urself

2018-01-23 06:54:38 UTC

Not taking meds

2018-01-23 06:54:45 UTC

2018-01-23 06:55:09 UTC

See the thing is you can actually go outside and do stuff

2018-01-23 06:55:11 UTC

I can't

2018-01-23 06:55:22 UTC

So if becomes an entirely different thing to me

2018-01-23 06:55:25 UTC

Why?

2018-01-23 06:55:38 UTC

Start by asking yourself those questions.

2018-01-23 06:55:49 UTC

i hikes up to a peak then smoke and drink liquor

2018-01-23 06:56:07 UTC

Do you even have the disorder or do you just get anxious from things?

2018-01-23 06:56:09 UTC

I live in Oregon. There's quite a lot of options. Few days ago I did Mary's Peak, northern ridge

2018-01-23 06:56:16 UTC

Not a soul out there, challenging, nice.

2018-01-23 06:56:33 UTC

There's a large difference

2018-01-23 06:56:39 UTC

I don't have an anxiety disorder, no. I have Asperger's. totally different. As well as generalized paranoia

2018-01-23 06:56:53 UTC

two days ago i biked 50 km to a trail then hiked 7 km to a mountain lake in apine conditions

2018-01-23 06:56:57 UTC

I do have the disorder

2018-01-23 06:57:05 UTC

no trail marks as they r all covered by snow

2018-01-23 06:57:20 UTC

It's more of a feeling than a thought

2018-01-23 06:57:27 UTC

I just started getting in shape a couple of months ago. I did a 15 mile hike though last week.

2018-01-23 06:57:52 UTC

... I don't speak Europe though so I can't give you the KM on that. Yay 'Murica the behind lol
