I pretty much feel sick everyday
I just personally can't make the decision to take meds, knowing that over time their effectiveness will become less and less, and the dose higher and higher.
smoke weed drink booze
cant go wrong
been around since dawn of humanity
I do smoke weed but I'm not drinking anything any time soon
And then dealing with an addiction to medication years later. Do you really want to be on meds for the rest of your life? The goal is to get better, right? How can you get better if you're addicted to a chemical your own brain creates, and you could train it to create with albeit, more effort. But better long-term effects.
Shrooms are nice in small doses.
LSD great too
Weed keeps giving me bad clausterphobia, I don't think I can do it anymore.
DMT my shit
I don't give a shit if I die in 20 years of it means I can just fucking be able to not feel like shit all the time @Farunel
its all in ur head
What is
Eh, I used to be the same. I forced myself to change. No it's not easy. Not even a little. Do I have to fight it everyday? Yep. Would I take the easy way out and take meds? Never.
change your thinking change yo life
Hiking has helped me out a lot, honestly. Trails that no one else uses.
u feel me?
The easy way out is killing urself
Not taking meds
lmaop
where u hike
i hike too
See the thing is you can actually go outside and do stuff
I can't
So if becomes an entirely different thing to me
Why?
Start by asking yourself those questions.
i hikes up to a peak then smoke and drink liquor
Do you even have the disorder or do you just get anxious from things?
I live in Oregon. There's quite a lot of options. Few days ago I did Mary's Peak, northern ridge
Not a soul out there, challenging, nice.
There's a large difference
I don't have an anxiety disorder, no. I have Asperger's. totally different. As well as generalized paranoia
two days ago i biked 50 km to a trail then hiked 7 km to a mountain lake in apine conditions
I do have the disorder
no trail marks as they r all covered by snow
It's more of a feeling than a thought
I just started getting in shape a couple of months ago. I did a 15 mile hike though last week.
... I don't speak Europe though so I can't give you the KM on that. Yay 'Murica the behind lol
